After completing her Master Degree in Health Services Administration,
Debra started her career in Provider Services with the National HMO
Kaiser Permanente and was soon promoted to Administrator of their multi-specialty care offices.
She has been a Practice Manager/Administrator now for the past 7 years.
In her tenure with Kaiser she oversaw the daily operations of 5 different health
centers which provided services ranging from Primary care, OB/GYN, Physical Therapy,
Dental Care, X-Ray, Laboratory and Eye Care. She joined Northeast Urogynecology in July
of 2001 only 3 weeks after they opened their doors to patients.
Hobbies:
Debra enjoys camping, reading, rollerblading, Broadway shows and fine dining.

Gen Murphy, RN
Nurse Coordinator
Education:
1977 LPN-Albany School of Practical Nursing
1991 RN Samaritan Hospital Registered Nurse Program
Experience/Memberships:
Gen comes to Northeast Urogynecology with 8 years of urologic nursing experience and 20 years management experience. She is an active member in:
SUNA - Society of Urological Nurses and Associates
ANA - American Nursing Association
PKD - Polycystic Kidney Disease
Gen also has experience as a counselor for a Rape Crisis Center, Quality Control Board Member during her tenure at Albany Medical Center, JCAHO Inspection Prep Compliance member, and trained in OHSA Regulations.

Rhonda Miller, CRC

Experience/ Membership:
Rhonda has 8 years experience in the medical field.
She joined Dr. Lobel at Northeast Urogynecology in July of 2001 as a receptionist.
She was promoted to Research Coordinator in August of 2003 where she oversees the
clinical research studies for Northeast. She is also actively involved in ACRP,
the Association of Clinical Research Professionals.
Hobbies:
Rhonda enjoys spending time with her husband and four children where she is active in
support of their religious and athletic instruction. Rhonda has served as a catechist
at her local parish for the past 6 years. This year she is attempting to manage a softball
team for Miss Lansingburgh Softball where her daughters are also players.

Sandy Trawick, LPN

Licensed Practical Nurse -- Schenectady Cooperative Program for Practical Nursing
Experience/Memberships:
Sandy has over 20 years experience in nursing which includes 11 years as a floor
nurse in Gynecology at Crouse Irving Memorial Hospital in Syracuse, NY. She
also has over seven years experience in Long Term Care Nursing at St. Peters
our Lady of Mercy. She joined Northeast Urogynecology in 2002.

Twillia has been a medical receptionist for over 10 years. She joined Northeast Urogynecology
before it opened its doors to patients in June of 2001. She thoroughly enjoys the medical
profession, particularly interacting with patients and providing exceptional customer service.

Mary Papapetros
Receptionist

Experience/Memberships:
Mary comes to Northeast Urogynecology with over 12 years experience
in the medical secretarial/reception field. Her experience spans
both private practice and hospital settings.
Mary is a cancer survivor and is a member of the American Cancer Society.
Hobbies:
Mary enjoys family activities with her 3 children. She is actively involved
in various Mom's groups, PTA and Church groups. Mary is also fluent in Greek.
